TruGreen announced Monday, April 24, that longtime owner Dave Piepkorn, a Fargo city commissioner, has sold the Fargo franchise of the Tennessee-based lawn care company to Scott and Wendy Snyder.
All current employees will remain with the Fargo franchise, 417 5th St. N., after the change, according to a news release.Scott Snyder, a Fargo resident, has been with the company for more than 25 years. He already owns TruGreen franchises in the Brainerd area and Duluth in Minnesota.The announcement said this acquisition will enable Snyder to expand his lawn care services to Fargo-Moorhead, Grand Forks, and East Grand Forks and Detroit Lakes, Minn..
