Jim Shook Has Purchased The Amerispec Home Inspection Service Franchise In Sioux City.

Shook, who attended AmeriSpec's intensive 80-hour training program, is a certified home inspector serving the tri-state area. Licensed and insured, he performs home inspections for home buyers, pre-sale inspections for home sellers, and radon testing.

A lifelong Sioux City resident with over 30 years experience in construction, Shook received his master electrician in 1997. He has a B.S. degree in business administration from Bellevue University.

He and his wife, Mary, have been married for 32 years. The couple have three children and two grandchildren.
