I Dream Of Falafel Launches Franchise Program

I Dream of Falafel has announced that it has been approved to franchise in Illinois and Wisconsin. The founders launched the franchise process in July 2011.

The concept was founded in 2009 by brothers Imran and Munaf Kasbati and their partners Shoaib Aziz and Henry Nuguid. The first unit opened in Chicago and there are currently three locations in the city.
