The business model, which involves running diet and fitness classes each week, has now been operating for 13 years.
The franchise has won numerous awards including the British Franchise Association's (BFA) Franchisor of the Year award twice, most recently in 2005.
Conley is said to be very involved in all aspects of the business, and is a part of the selection and training of the franchisees.
The cost of a Rosemary Conley club is �17,000 plus VAT, or �16,030 if the franchisee has already qualified as an OCR/NVQ instructor to teach exercise to music.
The company says its aim is to ensure maximum success for every franchisee business, with full marketing and business support as part of a continuous training programme.
Rosemary Conley published her first low-fat diet plan in 1988, turning her into a household name.
Her Hip and Thigh Diet book, and its sequel, have sold more than two million copies, and worldwide sales of her books and exercise videos are now approaching eight million.
