Jorge's strain for perfection can be seen in his work and it can also be tasted in his food. Dasks gyros and souvlaki are worth dying for if you are a fan of Grecian cuisine, but they also have burgers, sandwiches and salads that are delicious as well.

Currently, there is only one Dasks restaurant located at 6522 S. Big Cottonwood Canyon Road in Holladay which has been operating for 5 years, but now that Jorge is offering franchises of his successful business opportunity, don't be surprised if one pops up near you.
