Shane's is offering to qualified candidates an Owner/Operator Model designed to eliminate the financial barriers of established net worth, liquidity and the ability to secure financing to cover store development costs that typically run from $403,100 to $690,500.
All owner/operators will receive a competitive base salary and benefits, plus a share of the profits.
