J. Christopher's Restaurant, which serves breakfast and lunch only, has 20 locations including 17 in Atlanta and one each in Nashville, Savannah, Ga. and Tampa, Fla.
The chain announced a new franchising effort that will focus on markets that include Nashville, Charlotte, N.C., Jacksonville, Fla., Birmingham, Ala. and Charleston S.C.
Development agreements will be awarded to franchisees with past experience operating a restaurant.
"This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced restaurant business partners to start a franchise and to be stewards for the J. Christopher's brand," says J. Christopher's President Dick Holbrook in a release. "J. Christopher's is a successful, 12-year-old restaurant concept in an unsaturated breakfast and lunch casual dining category." Founded in 1996, J Christopher's has grown steadily. The restaurant's menu includes traditional breakfast favorites such as eggs benedict and breakfast skillets and a lunch menu featuring soups, salads, sandwiches and burgers. Entrees range from $6.79 to $11.79.
