White Lodging Adds Two New Regions And Appoints Three Regional Vice Presidents

To accommodate projected growth company adds sixth and seventh region

With unprecedented growth and expansion on the horizon, White Lodging announced the recent addition of two new regions to its Hospitality Management Division and has appointed three distinguished regional vice presidents.

One of the fastest growing independent hospitality, development and management companies in the country, White Lodging recently celebrated the addition of its 129th hotel and has an ambitious growth plan to add 100 properties and $1.5 billion in managed sales to their portfolio over the next the five years.

With properties in seventeen states, White Lodging has restructured its existing five regions and added two more, bringing the count to seven currently. Each region is headed by a regional vice president and is based on the location of cluster hotels found throughout the different states and developments slated within each area.

"With the addition of the new regions and such talented individuals at the helm we"�re well positioned to continue our expansion as planned."� As Regional Vice President of Region 3, Dave Montrose will oversee property locations in Northwest Indiana as well as Chicago area suburbs. A 22-year hospitality industry veteran, Montrose has spent the last 12 at White Lodging, and has worked as general manager of various properties within the company including the Courtyard Marriott in Valparaiso, IN, Midway Hampton Inn and received numerous accolades including White Lodging's Courtyard General Manager of the Year award in 2005 and the prestigious Chairman's Award winner.

Brad Haas will serve as Regional Vice President for Region 6 where he will work with hotels in the Grand Junction, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Sugar Land and Phoenix areas. Haas started with White Lodging in 1995 and held numerous positions within the company including Region 1 Regional Director of Training & Recruiting, Lead General Manager for Austin South Cluster and General Manager for the Holiday Inn Austin Northwest. Haas has been honored for his efforts through many awards and special recognitions including 1997 Rookie GM of the Year and 2006 White Lodging General Manager of the Year awards. In his role as Regional Vice President for the newly created Region 7, John Randall comes to White Lodging after over 20 years with Marriott International having most recently served as general manager of the Hickory Ridge Marriott Conference Hotel. In addition to overseeing the development of 12 properties, Randall will spearhead efforts in downtown Chicago; Midway Airport; Benton Harbor and Grand Rapids, MI; Mishawaka, IN; Fort Wayne and South Bend, IN.
