Fitness has been a part of Sanchez's daily life "" growing up she wanted to play professional sports and in school took jobs that kept her close to the industry. She sold shoes in a sporting goods store. Later, she worked as a trainer and gym manager. Sanchez developed her entrepreneurial skills by keeping an eye on the well-being of clients "" as well as on the business.
"I'm very goal-oriented," said Sanchez, who joined LOA three years ago in the newly created position of franchise business coach. "Prioritizing is a big part of the job. Every day is something new, it's not your typical 9-to-5 job." Sanchez, of Hollywood, now oversees franchise business coaches and regional operations throughout the country. She convenes club training seminars at the women's fitness company's Fort Lauderdale headquarters and visits franchise locations, assisting franchisees with prospecting, staffing and fitness programs.
