At CentrPort, Inc., a marketing technology company, Gusman served as director of engineering and played a key role in the development of CentrPort's behavioral marketing platform. At circle.com where he was SVP Business Application Development, Gusman developed web-based personalization systems, lead management systems and various marketing systems for circle's Fortune 500 clients.
Both Badshah and Stepanchek have held senior engineering positions in the past. Badshah's background working with industry-leading technologies makes him an integral part of the technical development team at eWayDirect, while Stepanchek was systems manager at the biochemistry department of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine after immigrating to the United States from Russia in 1998.
