Cash America Announces Appointment Of J. Curtis Linscott To Its Executive Management Team

Cash America International, Inc. (NYSE: CSH) announced today the appointment of J. Curtis Linscott to its executive management team as Executive Vice President. Mr. Linscott was appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in May 2005. Prior to May, Mr. Linscott had served as an attorney and Deputy General Counsel in the Company's Legal Department for 10 years. Prior to joining Cash America, he spent 5 years with Kelly, Hart & Hallman, P.C., a law firm located in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Linscott is a graduate of Kansas State University with a B.S. in Marketing. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in May of 1990. Mr. Linscott was elected to the Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi for graduating in the top 10% of his law school class. Commenting on the addition, Daniel R.
