Let's Dish! Coming To Rochester, Mn!

ROCHESTER, MN | Tuesday, January 30, 2007

Let's Dish! International, Inc. today announced it has signed an agreement with Graymann, Inc. to franchise a Let's Dish! retail meal preparation store in Rochester, Minn. This agreement is the latest step in the company's national expansion plans nearly three years after co-founders Ruth Lundquist and Darcy Olson opened their first Let's Dish! store in the Twin Cities. The Rochester location will be opened and operated by partners Jessica Grayson and Susan Neumann, both of Medford, Minn. Their Let's Dish! franchise store is scheduled to open in early March at 2854 41st St. NW in Rochester, across from Target. Jessica Grayson, a former realtor at Twin City GMAC Real Estate, brings nearly 10 years of management experience, along with strong leadership and customer service skills to the Rochester Let's Dish! franchise. She holds a bachelor's degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato. As Chief Executive Officer, Grayson will dedicate herself to running the company's franchise on a full-time basis, including operations, personnel, marketing and community involvement. Susan Neumann, Chief Financial Officer for Graymann, Inc., brings to the franchise nearly 10 years of financial experience from her positions at the State Bank of Faribault and the accounting firm of Reese, Winter & Associates. Neumann holds an associate in applied sciences degree in accounting from South Central Technical College and will oversee the franchise's finances on a full-time basis. "Let's Dish! continues to revolutionize the way busy families get dinner on the table. We're excited to bring Rochester residents a new way to feed their families real, healthful food," said Ruth Lundquist, co-founder and executive vice president, Let's Dish!. "Let's Dish! has built a strong, sustainable business model with enormous growth potential, and our ability to attract new, motivated partners such as Graymann, Inc. is a testament to our success." -more- After comparing several meal preparation concepts to franchise, Grayson and Neumann, who began as concept customers themselves, selected Let's Dish! because of the quality of the food and the great in-store experience. "The food at Let's Dish! is amazing every month chefs create a fresh, seasonal menu with 15-16 different entrees for customers to chose from," said Grayson. "We love how all the food tastes homemadebecause it is!" In less than two hours, Let's Dish! customers can prepare a month's worth of fresh, great-tasting meals in a fun and energizing yet relaxing environment. The diverse menu offers a wide range of options from updated comfort food favorites to ethnic dishes to entrees with more adventurous ingredients. "We know Rochester residents want to feed their families great food, but we also know that life is hectic, and it isn't always possible to get good-tasting, healthy food on the table fast," said Neumann. "At Let's Dish! we found a smart dinnertime solution that works for families with busy schedules who don't have a lot of time to spend planning and cooking meals." Grayson and Neumann were also impressed with the great online tools at the Let's Dish! website, especially the private party feature. The website allows hosts to sign up for their party, send out invitations to their friends and manage RSVPs all with the click of a button. Let's Dish! has five company-owned locations in the Twin Cities suburbs of Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Woodbury, Apple Valley and Edina, Minn. Two other Minnesota franchise stores are located in Mankato and St. Cloud. Let's Dish! currently has stores open or in development in 15 states nationwide. About The Let's Dish! Concept Let's Dish! was one of the first retail meal preparation stores in the country when Ruth Lundquist and Darcy Olson introduced their concept in October 2003. Their goal was to create a great business by offering people a fresh, new way to feed their families real food. Customers make menu choices, sign up and prepay for sessions at the company's website. When customers arrive at the store, refrigerated workstations for each menu item are stocked with all necessary ingredients, which can be customized to meet each family's specific tastes. Customers rotate from station to station preparing four, eight or twelve different entrees in six-serving sizes. The meals are then brought home to be frozen or refrigerated and cooked at a later date. For more information visit www.letsdish.com.
