Elite Hospitality's Manoj Bhoola Elected To Suburban Franchise Systems Board Of Directors

DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA | Tuesday, May 17, 2005

It was announced today that Manoj Bhoola, President & COO of Elite Hospitality, Inc. has been elected to the Board of Directors of Suburban Franchise Systems, Inc., a franchisee-owned company with 68 Suburban Extended Stay Hotels operating in the United States.

Mr. Bhoola was elected at the Suburban Franchise Systems owner's meeting held in Atlanta last week. Elite Hospitality currently operates three Suburban Extended Stay Hotels in Daytona Beach, Melbourne, and Lakeland, Florida, with plans to purchase and/or build three additional Suburban Extended Stay properties in the coming year.

With degrees in both accounting and business from Wake Forest University, Manoj Bhoola has diverse experience in the hospitality industry, including regional management, financing, acquisitions, development, hotel conversion and property analysis. He has received gold-medal awards from numerous hotels as well as a certificate of training excellence from the American Management Association.

Mr. Bhoola serves on the board of directors of the American Hotel and Motel Association, the board of directors of the Florida Hotel & Motel Association and is a member of the Asian American Hotels Owners Association.
