Dana Rambow started AristoCare, her home health services business, in 1999 with her parents Park and Richye Dana. In the 5 years she has been in business she has expanded her business to serve all of southeastern Arizona with offices in Tucson, Green Valley and Sierra Vista. She began franchising her business model and in January of last year she sold her first franchise to Randall and Sharon Radcliff of Orange County, CA. Her 5 year plan includes 100 more locations nationwide. Mrs. Rambow is a recipient of the Better Business Bureau's Business Ethics Award, the Wells Fargo Copper Cactus Award for Business Growth, March of Dimes Nurse of the Year Award in the Leadership category 2005, The Tucson Woman's Commission Crystal award for Equity in business 2005, the Ronald Regan Gold Medal award for entrepreneurial America 2005, and was named Business Woman of the year in Arizona for 2004 by the National Business Advisory Council of Washington, DC. She is also a national recognized expert and speaker on Home Health Care and Marketing and is president elect of NAWBO in Tucson.
