Rambow is President and CEO of AristoCare Home Health Services (formerly CareGiver Connection) the largest non-Medicare, full Medical Model Home Care agency in Southeastern Arizona, with offices in Tucson, Green Valley, and Sierra Vista. In 2004 she began franchising her business model with her father Park Dana, and sold her first franchise in 2005 to Randall and Sharon Radcliff of South Orange County, California. That franchise is thriving and other franchises are in negotiation in Minnesota, Northern California and Florida. Rambow is also President Elect of Tucson chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, The National Business Advisory Council's Business Woman of the Year for 2005, Recipient of the Tucson Woman's Commission Crystal award for Equity in the workplace and, the Ronald Regan Entrepreneurial Gold Medal winner for 2004, AristoCare is the Winner of the Wells Fargo Copper Cactus award for Business Growth in 2003 and was a finalist at those awards for the Best Place to Work category in 2004 and 2005. It also received the Better Business Bureau's Ethics in business award for 2003. AristoCare's Director of Private Duty Services, Susan Singler, RN, was also a finalist for the March of Dimes Nurse of the year 2005, in the mentoring category.
